I launched MB Consulting Services to partner with mission-driven organizations that are ready for progress and change. The urgent problems in our world require the best from all of us, and I’m happy to be doing my part.

Throughout my career, I’ve been inspired by the generative energy that philanthropy produces to make a meaningful impact in the world. The methods of fundraising that I teach inspire leaders to cultivate strong relationships that will stand the test of time.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve helped many leaders to change their minds about fundraising — from something they avoid, to embracing it as an integral part of their mission. 

Now, as an independent consultant I get to do this every day. I bring a curious, client-centered approach, and I love equipping frontline fundraisers with the strategy, structure, and support that they need to fund the vision and generate results.

In my free time, I love to hike, bike, read, golf, and spend time camping with my wife and our three kids.
